Fabric frays badly and is not what I would choose for a quilt. Instructions say not to wash until project completed, but I didn't trust the print to wash out completely because that has happened before, so I washed before sewing together. That left me cutting with no guidelines, which I didn't think would be an issue if each square was to be 9". There was no way to get 9" squares without cutting very close to embroidery on some of them and not enough seam allowance for 1\4" seams on each side. Squaring the squares was a challenge. I have used this companies iron on patterns before on my own precut squares and loved the finished product, but these panels are awful. I do not recommend them. Spent all that time on the needle work and now I have to figure out how to use them. Disappointing.
