Although I have a full size mattress, I chose to buy the queen as I wanted the sides to better reach the floor. The bedspread is soft and goes along well with my intended decor. It'll be used for a spare bedroom- which won't take very much use, except when company comes and stays overnight.Light weight but warm enough for cold weather.
