I was surprised there was no fabric included. I had recently completed a laser cut sea turtle panel and assumed this would be the same. Although no reference was made to laser cut, at a near $20 I did expect more than a printed piece of paper. REALLY? NO FABRIC? Although this will be a challenge to cut out, I like the design and hope to find a fabric similar to your picture. Word to the wise.....never ASSUME.
